2. Where do you ship from?

Orders are processed from our fulfillment centers and shipped directly to customers. Shipping location may vary depending on product availability and destination.

3. How long does shipping take?

• Processing time: 1–3 business days

• Standard shipping: 5–7 business days 

• International shipping: 7–20 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

4. How can I track my order?

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email. You can use this link to check your delivery status anytime.

5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and in original condition

• Original packaging is included

To request a return, contact@uscarlift.com with your order number.

6. When will I receive my refund?

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

• The refund will be issued to your original payment method

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
